Three week & longer rentals require

 | If you send funds overnight, or other method requiring signature they need to be sent to

 | Standard mail from within the US the USPS works fine and saves you a few $. |
 | Standard mail service from Canada is just slow, typ. 1-2 weeks and depending on timing it may
be necessary to overnight funds or do a wire transfer. |
 | Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you via email an invoice/statement
confirming your stay and your remaining balance. We accept
progress payments or Lump sum payment. Upon payment
in full we will send you: 1) written reservation number confirmation, 2)
travel instructions for departing the airport and driving to our condo,
and 3) additional information about our condo. |
 | Reservation dates are not guaranteed until deposit monies are received and
written conformation is provided unless other written or email pre-arrangements
are made with owner. |

 | Security/Damage Deposit:
 | We are sorry we have to collect a security deposit due to a few guests
who have left a mess. Our condo is our second home and our
expectation is that you treat our home as your own. We understand
accidents happen and things get broken. Please let us know so we
can make arrangements to correct the problem prior to our next guest's
arrival. Mahalo. |
 | A separate US$300.00 refundable Security/Damage deposit check
is due with your final payment. Your security deposit check will
be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, provided there is
no damage to our unit. |

 | Cancellation:
 | There is a US $40.00 per night of rental cancellation fee. |
 | If you need to cancel, to receive full
refund less cancellation fee you need to give 4 weeks notice (7 night or
less rentals), 6 weeks notice (14 night or less
rentals), and 8 weeks notice (15 nights or more rentals). |
 | Cancellation less than 4-8 weeks as noted above, all funds will be forfeited. If
we can re-rent the condo, a pro-rated refund will be issued. In any
case, we will work with you to make the best of the situation. |

 | Check-in time is after 3:00pm (HST) – Check-out time is prior to 11:00am (HST). Late check-out
is available, we need to know in advance otherwise you will end up being
locked out when your door lock code deactivates at 12:00noon (HST). |
 | Early check-in & late check-out is available.

made in advance. |
 | Late check-in no problem with our "Secure Express Check-in" with state-of-the-art keyless
entry . |
Here's
how it works.........The
Oracode 660K by Kaba generates a unique 6 digit combination for every guest. The
code starts working at 2:00pm on the day of your arrival and stops working on
the day of your departure. The combination will be sent to you after full
payment is received and prior to your arrival. Enter the combination on
the keypad to unlock the door.

You can change the code to your own
personal code by following these steps:
1)
Enter your code and press # symbol.
2)
Enter your own personalized 6 digit code.
Housekeeping
and maintenance personnel get their own codes. We can track who has
entered the premises with a palm pilot. We sleep better at night knowing
you and your family are safe and secure.
 | Intermediate maid service during your stay is not included or
provided for. Cleaning of
the unit after your departure is included.
This cleaning service is provided through private cleaning
service. |
 | Beach towels, bath towels, sheets, kitchen utensils and other belongings in the unit are to remain in the
unit. Our unit is NOT in the Luana Kai Resort rental program. |
 | Cleaning of our condo is provided through our private housekeeping
service. |
 | You are welcome to use whatever is in the unit in any unlocked
closet. |
 | For security reasons NEVER leave the unit unlocked. |

Local calls are free. Long
Distance service charges are applicable to all users. Calling cards, charge cards or other long distance
charge cards can be used directly from the unit.

 | Please read the information provided in the unit for other

 | Pools, whirlpool, sauna, tennis courts, putting greens,
shuffle board and barbeques are free.

 | Access to the pool area has a combo lock, combination available at front
desk. Please do not give the pool gate code to your children.
Children must be accompanied with an adult at the pool. |
 | If necessary, please run the dishwasher before leaving. |
 | If you have a life threatening emergency's call 911.
