bulletMinimum Stay: 4 nights all year, except Christmas Season: approx. Dec 16th - Jan. 5th (14 night minimum). Exceptions are made depending on our rental calendar availability.

bulletRental Deposit & Rental Payment: 
bulletPay 4 night rental deposit (do not include tax) to hold your reservation. Three week & longer rentals require 7 night rental deposit. The balance is due at least 4 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date. bulletStandard mail from within the US the USPS works fine and saves you a few $. 
bullet Standard mail service from Canada is just slow, typ. 1-2 weeks and depending on timing it may be necessary to overnight funds or do a wire transfer.
bulletUpon receipt of your deposit we will send you via email an invoice/statement confirming your stay and your remaining balance.  We accept progress payments or Lump sum payment.  Upon payment in full we will send you: 1) written reservation number confirmation, 2) travel instructions for departing the airport and driving to our condo, and 3) additional information about our condo.
bulletReservation dates are not guaranteed until deposit monies are received and written conformation is provided unless other written or email pre-arrangements are made with owner.
bulletSecurity/Damage Deposit: 
bulletWe are sorry we have to collect a security deposit due to a few guests who have left a mess.  Our condo is our second home and our expectation is that you treat our home as your own.  We understand accidents happen and things get broken.  Please let us know so we can make arrangements to correct the problem prior to our next guest's arrival.  Mahalo.
bulletA separate US$300.00 refundable Security/Damage deposit check is due with your final payment.  Your security deposit check will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, provided there is no damage to our unit. 
bulletCancellation:
bulletThere is a US $40.00 per night of rental cancellation fee. 
bullet If you need to cancel, to receive full refund less cancellation fee you need to give 4 weeks notice (7 night or less rentals),   6 weeks notice (14 night or less rentals),  and 8 weeks notice (15 nights or more rentals). 
bulletCancellation less than 4-8 weeks as noted above, all funds will be forfeited. If we can re-rent the condo, a pro-rated refund will be issued. In any case, we will work with you to make the best of the situation.

Route SR-350 / Piilani Hwy interchange to South Kihei Road has changed.  MapQuest and Google Maps are incorrect.  Watch signs closely. SR-350 turns into Piilani Hwy and no longer goes directly into S. Kihei Road, you will need to......

bulletThen immediately (about 100yds +/-) make a left turn left on to South Kihei Rd.

bulletCheck-in time is after 3:00pm (HST) – Check-out time is prior to 11:00am (HST).  Late check-out is available, we need to know in advance otherwise you will end up being locked out when your door lock code deactivates at 12:00noon (HST).
bulletEarly check-in & late check-out is available. Please let us know so arrangements can be made in advance. 
bulletLate check-in no problem with our "Secure Express Check-in" with state-of-the-art keyless entry .   
 

Here's how it works.........The Oracode 660K by Kaba generates a unique 6 digit combination for every guest. The code starts working at 2:00pm on the day of your arrival and stops working on the day of your departure.  The combination will be sent to you after full payment is received and prior to your arrival.  Enter the combination on the keypad to unlock the door.

 

 

You can change the code to your own personal code by following these steps: 

1) Enter your code and press # symbol.

2) Enter your own personalized 6 digit code.

Housekeeping and maintenance personnel get their own codes.  We can track who has entered the premises with a palm pilot.  We sleep better at night knowing you and your family are safe and secure.

bulletIntermediate maid service during your stay is not included or provided for.  Cleaning of the unit after your departure is included.  This cleaning service is provided through private cleaning service.
bulletBeach towels, bath towels, sheets, kitchen utensils and other belongings in the unit are to remain in the unit.  Our unit is NOT in the Luana Kai Resort rental program.  
bulletCleaning of our condo is provided through our private housekeeping service. 
bulletYou are welcome to use whatever is in the unit in any unlocked closet.
bulletFor security reasons NEVER leave the unit unlocked.
bulletThe unit’s direct dedicated phone number is (808) 891-0198.  This will ring directly to the unit.  Local calls are free.  Long Distance service charges are applicable to all users.  Calling cards, charge cards or other long distance charge cards can be used directly from the unit. 
bulletPlease read the information provided in the unit for other procedures and services.
bulletPools, whirlpool, sauna, tennis courts, putting greens, shuffle board and barbeques are free.  
bulletAccess to the pool area has a combo lock, combination available at front desk.  Please do not give the pool gate code to your children.  Children must be accompanied with an adult at the pool.
bulletIf necessary, please run the dishwasher before leaving.
